Stress Support sessions give you a chance to slow down and talk things through in a relaxed, comfortable space.

These sessions are a place to unload what’s been on your mind — the things that have been worrying you, draining your energy or making everyday life feel heavier than it should.

You can talk openly, without pressure and know you’re being listened to.

The 4-Week Stress Support Programme

The Stress Support Programme offers steady guidance and a calm space where you can truly be heard. You can talk openly without pressure and know you’re being listened to.

Over four weekly sessions, we’ll discuss the challenges, feelings and emotions that have been weighing on your mind.

We’ll look at how this may be impacting your overall wellbeing and explore simple ways to feel more balanced, uplifted and in control.


The aim is for you to come away from each session in a better headspace, feeling lighter than before and better equipped to stop the pressures of everyday life from getting to you.
