Session 1— The Consultation & Preparation Session (75 minutes)
Your first session focuses on understanding the smoking habit with its patterns and triggers that are unique to you. We'll explore your motivation to quit and what you'd like your life to look like as a non-smoker. An individual treatment plan can then be created, specifically tailored to you. Any questions you have will be answered. You'll also learn more about what to expect during the hypnotic process. The first session includes a short, gentle hypnosis experience to familiarise you with what being in hypnosis feels like and to begin shifting your mindset for the change ahead. You’ll leave feeling informed, supported and ready for the main quit smoking session.
Session 2 — The Quit Smoking Hypnosis Session (90 minutes)
This is the main transformative session where the core hypnotherapy work takes place. In a calm, comfortable environment, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state which allows your subconscious mind to become open and receptive to the change ahead of becoming a non-smoker. The focus will be on severing and releasing the old associations with smoking, so that the old patterns and triggers lose their power and influence. We'll also work on strengthening your new identity as a non-smoker so that it becomes second nature. The session is designed to help you leave feeling clear, empowered and free from the desire to smoke—without relying on willpower alone.
