Session 1— The Consultation & Preparation Session (90 minutes)
Your first session focuses on understanding your smoking patterns, triggers and motivations, as well as what you want life to look like as a non-smoker. We explore your habits, answer any questions, and go through what to expect during the process. This session may also include a short, gentle hypnosis experience to help you relax, begin shifting your mindset and prepare your subconscious for the change ahead. You’ll leave feeling informed, supported and ready for the main session.
Session 2 — The Quit Smoking Hypnosis Session (90 minutes)
This is the transformative session where the core hypnotherapy work takes place. In a calm, comfortable environment, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where your subconscious mind becomes more open and receptive. Here, we focus on releasing old associations with smoking, removing the desire to smoke and strengthening your identity as a non-smoker. The session is designed to help you leave feeling clear, empowered and free from smoking—without relying on willpower alone.
