Session 1 – Personalised Preparation

Session 1 is a focused, in-depth foundation session designed to prepare you mentally and emotionally for permanent freedom from smoking.
We begin by examining what is happening physiologically and psychologically when you smoke — how nicotine conditions the brain, reinforces dependency and creates the illusion of pleasure.
Understanding this process dissolves self-criticism and replaces it with insight and control.
From there, a personalised exploration of your unique smoking pattern will identify the specific triggers, emotional drivers, routines and subconscious associations that maintain the habit. This tailored approach ensures the work we do is relevant to you.
We'll explore your motivation for quitting and what your ideal lifestyle might be as a future non-smoker.
This step is powerful. It moves quitting from being a struggle to becoming a natural progression.
You'll also receive a clear explanation of how hypnotherapy works and why it is highly effective for habit change. Feeling fully informed helps to raise your confidence for the quitting stage.
The session concludes with a carefully guided introductory hypnosis experience. This primes your mind in readiness for the actual quitting process in session 2.
Session 2 — The Quit Smoking Hypnosis Session
This is the decisive transformation session where the shift from smoker to non-smoker is created at the subconscious level.
In a calm, private setting, you will be led into a deeply focused state of hypnosis. This is not sleep, nor loss of control; hypnosis is simply a heightened state of awareness in which the subconscious mind becomes highly responsive to precise therapeutic change.
At this level, we work directly with the patterns that have maintained the habit, such as the emotional associations, the automatic triggers, and the conditioned responses that have linked cigarettes to relief, comfort, and routine, so that they can be systematically released and restructured.
As the old programming dissolves, we install new, empowering associations: to feel calm without cigarettes, to feel in control without nicotine and confident without dependency.
