The 4-Week Stress Management Programme

The Stress Management Programme gives you steady support, practical guidance and a calm space to be heard.

During the weekly sessions, we’ll go over what’s weighing on your mind, what’s been draining your energy and what tends to trigger your stress. We’ll look at where things feel overwhelming or where you feel stuck and how this is affecting your overall wellbeing.
